This semester, Farhana shows you how to prepare satisfying finger food for friends and family without making a big fuss: spring rolls, pakoras, chicken skewers, tuna salad, fruit lassi, all with a South Asian twist! Our mistress of spices will teach you about the spices, how to use them, and how to vary them according to your taste. At the same time, you will practise your English chatting away while cooking, eating and cleaning up. Enjoy!
